submission guidelines.

Photobucket

1. There is no limit on the number of submissions you can make.
2. For writing submissions, we accept fiction of any length, but it is unlikely that we will be able to publish a piece of fiction over five double-spaced pages long. Writing submissions can also be emailed to lingua@spu.edu.
3. For art submissions, high resolutions scans of artwork can be emailed to lingua@spu.edu.
4. For music submissions, we accept recordings; but as everyone does not have the equipment to record, we are also willing to set up a time when the music board can listen to you play your music live. For more information, contact Spencer at tannes@spu.edu.
5. Hard copy submissions can be turned in to the Humanities desk on 2nd floor Marston.

Submissions are due by March 20!

lingua info meeting.

we’ll also have sign-up sheets for the three boards, so that when we start getting music, writing and art submissions galore in january, you can help us to sift through them all and decide what we want to feature in the journal.

bottom line: we want you involved! come hang out with us in weter lounge at 7pm on tuesday october 28, bring a friend, eat some cookies with us, and see if you want to get involved with lingua.
